Helen stated her career in Financial Services working for Scottish Equitable and moved into advising companies with a Kent based brokerage which became Heath Lambert and subsequently Gallagher Employee Benefits. Helen continues to use expertise and experience to design and deliver effective Employee Benefit Programmes to client of Wingate Benefit Solutions.
Helen specialises in reviewing existing Employee Benefit arrangements, assessing how these meet the needs and budget of the employer and how the value of these are communicated to the employees. She delivers ongoing proactive advice to those employers in line with current legislation and actively promotes the benefits to the employees in a simple to understand and friendly way.
Her main areas of expertise include Company Pensions, Automatic Enrolment, Corporate Protection, group risk based benefits such as Group Medical & Life Insurance as well as Flexible Benefits.
Helen lives in Kent with her husband and two children and enjoys going out, as a family, in their VW camper van.
