Matt is a member of the Personal Finance Society, the UK’s professional body for financial advisers. This represents his commitment to high standards in knowledge, professional development and ethical behaviour.
He has over 7 years experience in providing financial advice and advises both corporate and individual clients. Matt began his financial advising career as a mortgage adviser covering several branches of Your Move estate agents. Here he advised and arranged mortgages and insurance policies for various types of clients from first time buyers to portfolio Buy To Let investors. In 2007 Matt moved to M&M Mortgage Management, a small independent mortgage advising company with branches in Horsham and Lingfield where Matt was the branch manager. In 2008 Matt joined WFS Consulting Ltd which is now the Wingate Benefit Solutions and Wingate Financial Planning businesses of today.
Under Wingate Financial Planning, Matt provides his services as a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser and also arranges personal protection for clients such as life assurance, critical illness and income replacement insurance.
Under Wingate Benefit Solutions, Matt provides advice on risk based Employee Benefits such as Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Private Medical Insurance.
Matt lives in Surrey, is married and has one son. His interests include martial arts and football.
