Treating others with respect

As one of our core values, we believe we should treat each other as we expect to be treated. In addition to our core values, we have an internal code of conduct, and we strongly support equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace.

Caring for the environment

We minimise the impact our business has on the environment and encourage those who work for us and with us to help. We have published an Environmental Policy, and are continually seeking to improve business efficiency.

Giving back to the community

As part of our community strategy, we have chosen to support the charity Young Epilepsy. This will see us raising funds to help the charity in their mission to enable better futures for young lives with epilepsy.

Epilepsy affects over 600,000 people in the UK but despite this it is still a very misunderstood condition. This lack of understanding means the condition has an unfair stigma that often results in children living with epilepsy facing many difficult and often lonely social challenges as well as the more obvious physical ones.

Young Epilepsy has an all encompassing strategy including raising awareness, providing support, research, diagnostic assessment, rehabilitation & health services in addition to providing specialist education at St Piers school which children from all over the UK living with epilepsy attend. For their wide scope of work, UK wide footprint and local base, Young Epilepsy were a natural choice for our charity partner and we look forward to supporting them long into the future.
