Delivering service excellence whilst keeping our clients and colleagues safe
The implementation of our business continuity plan in March enabled the smooth transfer of operations from our office to our homes where we have continued to deliver all our services.
We have remained connected to our clients, suppliers and each other throughout the past 5 months regardless of whether we were communicating by phone, email, correspondence or online meetings.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is really important to us. We have made some changes to our office which exceed the requirements of a COVID safe environment.
The office is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We have separated the business support personnel in to two teams which are working a minimum of 2 days each week on different days. The advising personnel remain based at home.
The blend of office and home working allows us to continue our great service whilst keeping our team safe. This also provides the wellbeing and communication benefits that the personal interactions within an office provide.
We are really proud of the hard work and commitment every member of the Wingate team has delivered over the past few months and are also thankful for the support our clients have shown during this period.
