Ben Clarke

Managing Director

Ben is the Managing Director of Wingate Benefit Solutions and Wingate Financial Planning and has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.

Ben started his career in the general insurance sector with the majority of this experience with a large independent insurance broker where he was Commercial Director.

In July 2002 he co-founded Wingate Financial Solutions Ltd with Paul Weeks which is now Wingate Benefit Solutions.  Ben’s responsibilities are to ensure we deliver the promises we make to our clients and to achieve sustainable and profitable growth through leadership and strategic development.

Ben is married and lives in East Grinstead with his wife and two sons.  His spare time is spent with his family, playing golf and watching football.
